ibis Styles Albertville

Very easy to find close to main roads. Parking was easy and secure (locked at night). Check in procedure was easy. Staff were helpful. Rooms were easy to access via stairs or lifts. Food was available on site (pizzas and beer) and quick and easy to order. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was available early with a good buffet selection, hot and cold drinks including a fresh apple and orange juice squeezing machine. Check out super easy as well. Reception seemed to be manned at all times although we were in beds by 11pm so didn't check overnight.

The hotel is clean, well presented and the staff were fantastic. I had to extend my stay on a flexible basis and the Manager, reception and restaurant staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and their smiles and efforts to help were so much appreciated. It is clear that the team here work well together , help each other and go out of their way to provide a great customer service to their guests.

Very clean, rather large bedroom and bathroom for the price; quiet. Friendly and professional staff. Nice to have restaurant on site for dinner (as there is nothing around apart from McDonald’s); restaurant had good options including vegetarian

Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The hotel is a very good one. What I really want to point out are the people who work there. All of them were very helpful, approachable and understanding.
